"A place to repair."

The location is nice and the janitor was nice too.

The place is very run down. The first room I got had a bathroom door frame that disintegrated. The wall had been patched multiple times. And there was a wedding happening below my room and it was really loud. After asking for another room I got a quieter room but the place was still run down. Basically everything you touched or looked at was in either need of repair or refurbishment

Cockroach in bathroom. Squeaky bed. Loud talking on microphone woke me up at 7am
