Cleanliness

Poor condition of building and room - many things broken or damaged. Water pressure very low. Bed cover not large enough for the bed. Large bed made by pushing 2 small beds together, but they did not fit well at the center.

Good location, courteous staff

Room could have been better and rates are on the higher side

very depressing building , a bit run down. We only booked for a day because of being close to airport. full of party people. I would not stay there for longer.

There is no elevator to the 4th floor here. The house is very old and poorly maintained. There is very little water in the bathroom. The furniture is old. I will not stay again. I only stayed for 1 night, but the Russian at the reception is a nice man.

Rooms were lovely. Pool table out front was good.

It’s a very boring part of town, only stayed here for proximity to circo loco. The pool had a strange oiliness to it.

The rooms are spacious with aircon

Where to start, this is most definitely not a 4 star hotel I’d probably give it a 2 star, the rooms are nice but the hotel as a whole is so run down and dirty and not clean what so ever. Our towels and bedding were not changed once for the whole duration of our 9 nights there even when we requested. We had an infestation of bugs and asked for new bedding as we was finding bug wings in the bed and still was not changed. We had breakfast included and I never ate there once, maybe just for a coffee or juice but it did not look like a nice breakfast. There was a smell through out the hotel. We was on floor 4 and the lift was broken and only went up to floor 3. We had to go up some narrow fire exit staircase to get to our room, there were dead bugs on the floor…. The list can go on. I should have got more pictures but took a few on my exit.

Everything except of the bathroom. Staff are great.

Bathroom, there is no any separation neither on the floor nor the walls. No water pressure in the shower, at all. And too tiny sink, the smallest i ever seen which is very uncomfortable
