There is no services in what so ever . The price u paid for this kind of service is unexceptable no fridge no TV no phone not even kettle or a coffee in a room u gotta go ask for just not convenience. I agree about safe environment but..and also the staff kind of rude . Never again

"Helpful und friendly owner…perfect arrangement"

the location is wonderful, the staff is very friendly, though the speak just a little English. the owner Poy is lovely. she arranged everything we needed from a scooter to transport to Chiang Mai.

the rooms to the street side are very noisy in the early morning time due to rush hour. But with earplugs it was ok.

"Amazing guesthouse. Will forsure go back!! The owner is so lovely and the beds are very comfortable!"

Breakfast was lovely and so was dinner.

The bedroom was 0% soundproof there was large gaps in the door to the outside
