small boutique, no children! great pool with plenty of eating out places within easy walking distance. most helpful staff! thumbs up Olivier!!

as a non smoker difficult to get away from 2nd hand cigarette smoke!! there are rules, but in Thailand they appear to be ‘guidelines’ only !!! also Thai folk seem to prefer super firm mattresses!! ….. we joked it felt more like lying on a sacrificial altar!! but staff told us they were in the process of replacing them….

Good place to stay. Nice swimming pool (not enough sunbeds), clean surroundings. Breakfast with sometimes nice dark brown bread from a German bakery. Good shower with hot water, bed matras not as firm as in other places. Friendly owner.

The thing which annoyed me was that the road nearby was very noisy, especially with motorbikes racing through late evening. Also a mosk nearby where prayers obviously start 5:30 morning. Not problem for us, but if you like waking up late or you are light sleeper, this could become an issue.

friendly, clean comfy bed. nice location and not too busy. great pool bungalows are the best to stay in.

kitchenette good idea but couldn’t use since we didn’t have a fry pan or microwave

Nothing. The room was exactly what I was looking for, the location is superb, close to everywhere you want to go in Rawai.

- Bed sheets changed every 4 days even if they are dirty from the first or second day. - Very boring breakfast, especially if you are there for a long stay.

+ Excellent price-quality ratio + The atmosphere of chill and relax + Very nice manager/CEO - Olivier, comfortable to talk and solve issues + Very nice swimming pool + Cleanliness in the rooms + Tasty breakfast + All day access to the coffee machine + And the things we appreciate above all - the high quality of the little things (for example the drinking water in the room is not in plastic bottles, but in crystal, good quality tea, soft fresh towels for the bathroom and pool, mosquito spray) - it all gives the impression that the hotel and its guests are very carefully cared for + We also appreciated the 2 tables in the room - very convenient because we both work remotely and the 2 equipped workplaces are something that is hard to find + Pet friendly hotel - we absolutely love dogs! Many people have stayed at this hotel with dogs

It's a great place, I don't give it a 10 just because of the close proximity to the road, our room was the closest to it and because of that we slept with earplugs on as we could hear the cars going by day and night. But earplugs solved that problem perfectly!

very comfortable spacious room, great bed, lots of room for clothes. Photos are 100% real. Pool is big and clean, many sunbeds. Suitable for log term stay. Breakfast is nice. Staff is just perfect :)

cleaning is a bit sloppy, sometimes can leave dirt on the floor and forget to take out the trash
