"Clean, comfortable and close to the ferry"

The staff is always nice and helpful. We wanted a room on the second floor and even though they first said they were sold out, somehow they sorted it for us.

I could not get the TV to work. Then was told by a travelling colleague that there were not English-speaking stations.

"Disappointing"

4.0

The location was great. A short walk to the beach, markets and eateries.

Now, I'll start off by saying, I should have read the fine print about how things are done in Timor. I did not know everything was cash only...my bad! I did not have enough cash to pay for the full 9 days I intended to stay, and maybe that was a good thing. I checked out after two days to another hotel who accommodated me by letting me do a bank transfer. Perhaps a lesson for both of us here. Having said that, there were problems with this property. I could not open the door to the room. Each time, I had to get the reception person to do it, who had to lift the handle, push and do a little dance to make it work. Secondly, I came back after one walk, and the bathroom was flooded. They obviously fixed it, but the toilet, which was the problem, was still leaking when I checked out. Thirdly, they were going to move me to another room on day 5...who does that? The wifi was dodgy, but that's par for the course in Dili. In the hotel complex, outside was like an industrial zone with trucks coming and going constantly (servicing adjoining properties)...the noise was constant, and finally, the power cut out no less than 12 times in the space of 2 hours. Okay, all first world problems!

"Superb"

Big room and bathroom, with good and essential AC. Staff is very helpful. Great localization, nearby coffee shop, restaurant, market and microlet (the local bus).

WiFi is very unstable.

"Good place to stay in Dili"

9.0

The hotel is quite big and a nice place to stay in Dili. The spacious room has everything you need, the people working there are friendly, AC worked well, they even had a fridge in the room. Cant complaint about this hotel. Its in the city and near main street for transport, easy to take a microlet nr 10 to Timor Plaza (25 cent), if you need a simcard. There are ATM’s near the hotel, and also restaurants, bakery, small shops

As with most hotels in Timor leste, the wifi worked very bad. Can not rely on it so you better get a simcard for that. The beds are very hard to sleep on, for those who are sensitive to that

"Would not stay there again. Find somewhere else in the neighborhood"

Location was good.

It was filthy, and the electricity went out at least 2 times at the hotel.
