It is ok. Big room and clean enough

Soooooooo much noise the WHOLE night! Internet is bad, but that’s everywhere in Dili. Actually almost nowhere has WiFi.

Friendly & helpful staff. Very central location. Spacious room.

No daily housekeeping. Lack of some basic facilities like a microwave oven or plates. Broken window fixed with a tape. Lack of natural daylight.

The Chong Ti is comfortable and central to the older area of Dili. There are lots of places to eat nearby (coffee & breakfast at the Peace Cafe about 3 minutes walk away is great). Hence they don't provide refreshments other than bottled water in the room. The fridge is handy for keeping drinks cold. The rooms come with a kettle as well. There is TV but nothing for English speakers. A useful supermarket is about 2 minutes walk from the hotel. We could walk with our backpacks to the ferry terminal in about 20 minutes. The staff, esp Fina, were friendly and helped us to find good value hire car rides to the airport and for a longer trip out east. A staff member sleeps on site to assist with reception & the gate if guests require out of hours arrival or departure. The site has car parking which is also good for guest pick up or set down. The hotel is not flashy or glamorous to look at but provides a clean, comfy bed, hot shower & cool air con at a budget price for Dili..
