I don't know there is a breakfast for me.

There is a phone in room but cannot using.

The room was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The room was spacious. When it comes to the place itself it was good.

The staff in the reception was unprofessional and we could not communicate with any staff member in english. The cards to the room were not active when we wanted to enter the room. We needed to get back to the reception again. The check in was not completed on the first day. I guess the lady in the reception didn't know the check in procedure. The breakfast was not served as planned so we ask for the refound and went to eat in town. It was weird situation as the restaurant was completely empty when we went there at the time given by the hotel. Also the breakfast is served from 6 am to 7 am! One hour and so early?! I never encountered something similar in any other hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for english speaking guests.

Clean rooms, breakfast served to room. Bed comfy staff pleasant

The receptionist Thao helped us a lot with arranging tour and our transport. She was very kind and helped us with a list of locations to explore locally as well. The hotel is neat and clean. Location is also good if you want to do the halong bay tour from here.

Everything was perfect!
