Tam Coc Lion Kings Hotel & Resort Ninh Binh

Le personnel était particulièrement agréable et à l’écoute de nos besoins et demandes. Le service de ménage était irréprochable et la chambre était magnifique.

Malheureusement, le seul bémol que nous pouvons relever est l’insonorisation : nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans les couloirs, mais également dans la rue, malgré le fait que nous étions au 4ème étage et dans une rue plutôt tranquille. Nous avions également peu d’eau chaude, ce qui était quelque peu dommage.

We hadden een nachtbus na ons verblijf . Mochten onze bagage stallen, tot zolang. Ook mochten gebruik maken van de faciliteiten. Ontbijt was heerlijk, jammer dat er geen yochert met granola was. Verder was er heel veel keus. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Spacious, clean room with a great view of the mountains of Tam Coc. Staff very helpful, they managed our laundry and showed us where to rent bikes, as all of theirs were in use. Great options at breakfast too. A 2 minute taxi ride or 10 minute cycle out of the town centre, but the area surrounding the hotel was very peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout the stay.

The bathroom setup was disappointing. The shower is a small jacuzzi tub with a handheld shower and a broken wall mount, so you have to hold it the entire time while it pulls back down. It also drained slowly at first and leaked water onto the floor. The staff fixed the issues the next day, but afterwards the tub felt unstable and shifted when standing in it. Responsive staff, but poor design and maintenance.

The hotel is in a great location for tam coc and in lovely grounds with amazing views. Easy walk to restaurants and Binh Dong. the staff especially Rose were friendly and very helpful always very good. So happy to be able to feed the fish

We stayed on 5th floor and the only downside to this room was the lack of power to the shower
