Quite and cozy place.

Excellent house and excellent staff. I really like the staffs, they are very very friendly. The female owner's smile is so charming.

The hard smell from the restroom and the breakfast is not so good. I think instead of Pho Ga, they can simply provide omellete, bread, butter and some local fruits. Besides, we went with our young child. The windows can be easily opened and the child can easily fall down (no chance of survival at this height). Highly attention to family with small children.

The design of the facility, its simplicity and good looking architecture. Its location which is right next to the May bridge, the increasingly popular photoshoot tourist place.

Cleaness and maintenance may need to have more attention from the manager and room service staff. During our stay, we found dust on the window, trash gathered and hid behind the main door. The skype window also has a leak that can only be seen when it rains. There is also no towers change after each day. It's also very hard to see the receiptionist at the first floor when you want to ask smt. The swimming pool wasn't so clean and needed regular clean more often. We stayed in Windy room where a steep stair is used for climbing up to the beds. However, it's not really child proof, not recommended for the families with small children. The homestay located quite faraway from the main town and it's quite costly to get to the Tam Dao Square for food, sightseeing, or wandering around.

The staff couldn't speak English so it was a bit difficult to communicate with them.

The hotel has a great patio that over looks to the valley. And it is just next to a photo taking place (small entry fee) if you are interested. The people at the reception were very kind and helpful.

The management should definitely work on the rooms. The walls and pretty much everything in the room have stains on them. The bed sheets and towels are washed but they had lots of stains on them. There were very old and worn out plastic slippers in the room which looked dirty.

Great location to enjoy the view and fresh air. This place is next to a nice restaurant/cafe and a walking trail. This will suit someone with a preference to nature.

This place is more like a calm secluded retreat. If you wish to get wasted then catch a cab to the town center. Local cab is available with a slightly higher price tag.
