room smells, bathroom is infested with mold so everything smells and feels dirty. could not shower because of this.

At 01:00 a.m night, the room suddenly became flooded (I still have the video recording). At first, the male receptionist said he couldn't do anything and there are no any free room . After my insistence, he called his manager, and after his manager's suggestion receptionist started to observe the problem. later it was understood that the person in the room upstairs had left the room window open and the rain was seeping through his room. The second important issue is that although we arrived at the hotel at around 16:00, the male receptionist said that our room wasn't ready yet, and told us to wait for 15 minutes. Although we accepted, he offered us another room, but the room he offered was downstairs and had bad lighting. wifi was very weak and üas diconnected for long hours.

JOThe location is perfect. There is a variety of transportation options within walking distance from the hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful, we got useful advice for our stay and travel, and some help with luggage ant taxi. The room and bathroom cleanleness were decent, and everything mentioned in the room description was there, except the sea view since we stayed on the first floor and the sea can be seen from the upper floors only. The breakfast was very good, some vegies, olives, boiled eggs, shakshouka, cornflakes, watermelon, butter, honey, labneh, chocolate spread. The price is very convinient.
There is no elevator from the ground level, and the floor levels, it is somewhere in between the floors. It is ok if you are healthy and young, but otherwise, it would be an issue. The room is a bit crowded by the beds, and there is a hanger instead of a closet. The room needs some renovation and fixig.
