SEBoth receptionists were great. I saw mainly the guy at the reception and he was always happy to help.
QAWe stayed in quadruple room, fit for us family with 3 children. The room was clean with all equipment working properly. The window is directly faced main street connecting to Meydan Park, it’s very lively with shops, cafe and restaurants. Tourist spots were within walking distance. Internet connection was smooth and fast. Bathroom was equipped with amenity and adjustable water temperature. We liked the original water temperature which is so fresh. Nice Turkish breakfast was served at 5 floor in the restaurant with city view. Elevator was available in the hotel. Overall it was a wonderful family stay.

AEIt's a nice place for the budget travellers. Location wise very good. Staff is very coperative specially maher.
Only the limitted washrooms have the ventilation system. Little bit smelly.
AEGreat location but not suitable for young children in strollers.

Room size
OMThe boss was extremely generous and humble that he let us change our stay from the principal hotel near maydan, that my wife didn't like,to another branch near the airport without extra money. He, with his excellent staff, were very helpful and friendly. we will never forget that valuable gesture.

Sewerage smell was every were in the room, you cant breath or even sleep well. W.C very small and you cant stand to take shower or use the toilet. The bed matress was very very old and not comfortable at all. I asked the hotel Managment to change the room but unfortunate they told me all the same problem. Breakfast was really very simple and really you will be checked as you cant even find coffee in it
