The hotel is rated 5 stars on Booking.com, but the reality is completely different. This is not the first time I face such an issue, as I usually rely on ratings when booking, and unfortunately, the hotel does not even deserve 3 stars.

Although the hotel is rated 5 stars on Booking.com, the reality is completely different, and I don’t believe it deserves even 3 stars. This is not the first time I encounter such misleading ratings, as I usually rely on reviews when booking, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The furniture is very old. The air conditioning often does not work properly. Room service is slow and delayed. The gym is almost abandoned, with poor lighting and no staff supervising the place. The equipment is outdated, and the environment is unhealthy, as the air inside the gym is polluted. In short, the hotel does not reflect the advertised five-star rating at all.

El Wi-Fi va bien para email y whatsapp pero no se puede trabajar ni navegar durante mucho tiempo. El nivel de inglés del personal es escaso a excepción de algún caso aislado.
