Indoor and outdoor pools, very friendly and helpful reception staff.

The room was not clean: it was dusty with dirty windows, cups still containing coffee and tea from previous guests, an unclean bathroom seat, a strong smoking smell, no safe boxes, and old furniture.

Staff was friendly

Our shower was broken so they changed our room. At the second room there was no toilet paper and the shower cabin was not clean. I assume that the rooms are not properly cleaned.

All the staf from reception till cleaner Are very very helpful and very nice

the hotel building is extremely beautiful with an excellent location and view.the blonde woman at reception and the bell boy were extremely nice and polite people

the room is extremely dirty.First in the room when we went inside it was smoked extremely with cigarettes and we are with a small child we wanted a clean room.in the bathroom, a tape was placed on the toilet, which says that the toilet has been cleaned and sanitized,BUT...the toilets were extremely dirty and stained with urine.I have traveled a lot in many countries of the world, but this is the first time I have seen such a thing. Disgusting, extremely disgusting.when we booked the hotel, no one mentioned that there would be a wedding when we were staying there.if we had known we wouldn't have gone there because we have a small child we were looking for peace at least They could tell ad and change my room to a quiet one at the back end the noise continued until 2:00 am.I just don't understand how such bad things can happen in a five star beautiful hotel.breakfast was extremely limited for a five star hotel,the eggs from the omelette in the breakfast smelled strange and very bad,the two types of sausage that he had for breakfast also smelled bad and sour.

The quality of the bathroom was not as I expected in a 5 star hotel
