Lavender Hotel

Good location. Have parking lot.

Poor/no sound proof: I can hear kids running and shouting and other guests talking outside my room

Price represented value for modern and clean hotel. Proximity to mart supplies shop

Noisey at times, shower over toilet made for wet bathroom

Very very clean and quiet place, they have all the things you need. Hairdryer, towel, water, cool coke in the fridge, television, hot water, wardrobe, air conditioner, and fan on the wall. I came on holiday, but the price is very good. They also have huge parking lot, and there are groceries stores nearby.

They only have staircase, not elevator, so it’s quite hard if you bring large stuff, but don’t worry cause there’re only four floor to go

Just for one or two nights , no more .

All the staff was extremely nice, and made us feel really good. The lady (Mai) was adorable, and even if she didn't speak too much English, we communicated through Google Translate, and she was very helpful.

The room was not big, but it was ok.

Allowed me into the room at 6am

Said 24hr reception - not the case. Took passport off me till check out (never had this done anywhere in Asia). No one on reception from 4pm. Started worrying as I was leaving early in the morning. Couldn’t call because I don’t speak Vietnamese. Eventually some turned up at 10pm. I’d have preferred to have been asleep due to my 3am check out.

The owner was just messing with travellers. Our reservation was cancelled last minute.
