Staff, service & breakfast has to improve a lot. Only one staff Murad was good we felt.

Ontbijt was redelijk,kahvaltı güzeldi.Fakat küçük bir köy,eğer bir araban yoksa her yere taksi ile gitmen gerekiyor,otelde çocuğun var ve atıştırmalık yada dondurma yemek istediğinde alabileceğin hiç bir market falan yok,otelde akşam yemeği vermiyorlar,yemek istersen getirtiyorlar ama,daha küçük porsiyonlarda ve de daha pahalı,arabanız yoksa tavsiye edilmez.Çocuklu ailelere en güzel otel şehir merkezi.

Yemeği kendilerinin yapmaları ve otel tanıtımında yemeği dışardan getirdiklerini ve çevre tanıtımını daha ayrıntılı yapmaları.Oda temizliği en azından havluların değiştirilmesi ve tuvalet kâğıtlarının kontrolü.

The staff were the friendliest I've ever seen and I've travelled a lot. They were so kind and would go out of their way to help, especially Edward and Fatih. They helped us save money on our taxis and order food and anything else we needed. This is also by far the prettiest hotel I've ever been in, giving real cave vibes and being nice and cool naturally.

It is far from the city centre which can make things like ordering food take a while and taxis will be expensive to Kayseri airport, which I realised you must fly to unless you come from Istanbul in which case you can get to Nevesehir Airport which is only a few minutes away.

The hotel itself is beautifully built and has a nice atmosphere, but it’s located quite far from the city centre. As a solo traveller, I found it especially difficult to get around due to the lack of reliable taxi services. There was no Wi-Fi during my stay, and I was moved to different rooms twice, which was inconvenient. Most concerning, however, was the behaviour of some staff members. One receptionist repeatedly sent me follow requests on Instagram, and another made me feel extremely uncomfortable by persistently touching my shoulders. This made me feel unsafe, and I was unable to sleep peacefully during my stay. I ended up rebooking my flights to leave early because I didn’t feel secure. While a few staff members were helpful, unfortunately, the overall experience was unsettling. I would not recommend this hotel to solo female travellers.

I like the hotel, it's authentic. You could feel and see the beautiful ambience of Cappadocia.The place is amazing. The staff were so helpful, and even if we came after 9 a.m.,from the airport, we were able to catch the day tour bus on our first day at the hotel. Thanks to Tohan, you made it possible for us to join the tour. We paid for the day tour at the reception, they can organise it for you. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. I have seen some parking spaces available if the guest needed to park. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff was lovely at the restaurant, special thanks to Mamud, Shamin, and Mehmet. I am recommending the hotel to those who would like to experience authenticity. I would definitely go back there again.

The place is not for someone who has a problem of mobility because there is no elevator and you have to use the stairs to go to the top restaurant. But the view there was amazing. We have a day tour that starts at 9 a m, but the breakfast starts at 08:30 a m. I was just hoping that the hotel staff could give some consideration to those guests to start an early breakfast, perhaps at 08:00 a m. so they can have plenty of time eating rather than rushing. They can maybe organise this at the reception, the day before the tour starts. When we arrived, there were no receptionists around, although they could see you from the CCTV. You could also ring the bel on the side of the entrance door,l so they can attend to your needs. Mostly, they are attending guest at the restaurant.
