An Loc Hotel & Spa

Overall, a lovely appointed room. At first, things began a little sketchy, as we found an unwanted visitor in our room and the request to take care of it was less than concerned; however, once they took care of that, things began looking up. The rooms was clean, well-appointed rooms with daily room and laundry service, which was a much needed service for this two-week portion of our trip to Vietnam. We checked out a bit earlier than expected, not for any issue related to the hotel so we were unable to check out the highly anticipated spa. I do wish that there were more facilities through the Loc-Ninh province but understand that the area could not sustain such an accommodation. The breakfast was delicious and completely worth the value of the cost of the room.

Ensuring that all standards were up to par from the outset, but they rectified it. it was uphill from that point forward.
