Absolutely everything! The staff were fantastic. We felt like royalty

The location was great, the staff was friendly, the food was encreadible and the views were amazing. We liked the room's location with a view of the pool and bar. We liked the fact that the dining hall was open and the floor was a sand bedding. The proximity to the beach was spectactular. The rooms were clean with modern finishes.

There was nothing that we did not like.

Absolument tout s’est bien passé, magnifique, chambre, restaurant excellent, emplacement incroyable et personnel souriant, hyper accueillant et à l’écoute.

Couple of things didn't like. 2 incidents shows some communication gap. 1. When I checked in, I was told only Bed & breakfast though I booked for half-board. It took almost 2 hours to get it confirmed and provide corresponding half board belt. 2. This is 2nd instance, though I paid city tax during booking, it was charged again at hotel and it is taking time to get it confirmed. After constant follow-up they agreed on refund. 3 days passed, not yet initiated. Lot of management issue on communication with booking.com 3. Property renovation was going on. Swimming pool was not ready for use. Just opened the property after long break so renovation issues were there. 4. Food options in dinner are very limited. Hopefully things will be sorted soon.

Отель супер!!! Чисто, вкусно. Океан чистый, отливы не заметны (1-5метров для Занзибара это не чего!) пляж : белый песок и на нем всегда 2-3 полицейских по этому местные не пристают. Советую этот отель. Это твердая 5*. А самое интересное что там можно ходишь босиком везде . Ресторан находиться на пляже с потрясающим видом и там тоже песок. Это супер!!! Были с ребенком 3 года очень удобно ты кушаешь он рядом в песочке играет.

Не понравился персонал в ресторане. Хотят чаевых!!! Не даёшь чаевых, весь персонал ресторана тебя будет игнорировать. Имейте ввиду что все напитки ( в том числе и вода) платные! Бесплатно только во время еды.
