Mbeya Hotel

Spacious and very clean rooms, with a big queensized bed. Nice functioning AC, hot shower with good pressure. The room contains a fridge and more than enough storage space for luggage. The garden is lovely to chill. Breakfast is good, fresh with a nice variety. The Indian food is delicious!! Would definitely come back here. It is close to some nice shops and lovely coffeeshop. Lovely staff who make you feel welcome.

decent rooms. very friendly and welcoming staff. the wifi worked well in the restaurant. the indian food in the restaurant was excellent and i'd recommend coming here just for the food.

mosquito nets were uncomfortable and not appropriate for the size of the bed. wifi didn't work well in rooms

This is an old hotel which is well-kept and remarkably comfortable, given ho old it is. It is extremely well placed for access to the old town. All the staff, from manager to waiters and cleaners were very friendly and extremely helpful. It is in a very beautiful setting.

We had a great stay at Mbeya Hotel, the rooms were comfortable and a good size, the garden was a lovely place to sit or eat, and the restaurant had a wide range of food to choose from including local and international food. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. Very pleased with the experience.

The food at the restaurant took a while to come each time but we weren't in a rush so this wasn't a big problem. It would have been nice to have a bedside lamp.

Nice location, shower had hot water.

Staff tried to enter my room to clean while I was still there on four separate occasions. When I was checking out they tried to charge me extra fees for using my card instead of cash. I ordered a pizza at the restaurant and it had no tomato sauce on it.
