Place is in the same building as many clubs, all types of people will be going around all the time. If you want to rest this is not the place to stay at.

Proximity to centre. Decor was Louis XIV. However. It ends there

Lack of even complimentary water. Front desk was kind enough to loan a kettle. But you have to pay a ridiculous price for a tiny bottle. Hotel has a juvenile mens club above it. So slightly reminiscent of a house of ill repute. Ok more than slightly. Floors seriously need the stains removed. Bed was uncomfortable and the thumping from above did little to encourage a stay. I had a shower and left.

Location right in the city center (subway is close, cafes, stores, concet halles, clubc, etc.). We were provided with additional heater from the host without even asking. Room is tiny but two big mirrors make it look more spacious. Good room if you need to stay only for the night. Furniture: double bed, nightstand (where the legs are), wardrobe, table, treasure chest (without treasure) and TV wall-stand without TV )

Soundproofing is far from perfect. Consider using earplugs. Absence of the window causing a strange feeling (but it is listed, so just be attentive when choosing the room).

Friendly and helpful staff

Was told room would have a bathtub, it did not. The shower leaked water on the floor. The room was cold, even with the heat on. Some lights didnt work.

I loved the room and how it looked. The room is a good size and the toilet has a nice hot shower. And heated rail for the towel. The staff were great to me and very helpful. Also, I love the location. You are really close to the shops and places to eat and drink. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. And I will stay here again when I'm back in Kiev.
