Завтрак не входив до вартості.

Ціна на сайті букінгу не відповідала тій, яку нам потрібно було сплатити- різниця була у 120 грн. До того ж було порвана постільна білизна в номері.

Не було чайника в номері. Молодий чоловік на ресепшн який спочатку дзвонив, а потім нас зустрічав в вечері жесткувато розмовляв, немов він працює в закладі іншого направлення, або утримання.
