Хороше розташування, близько до центру міста, ввічливий персонал, чисте приміщення

В помешканні все старе, підлога скрипить, відсутність санвузла у номері. Відсутній ліфт у будинку, з валізами на пʼятий поверх підніматися доволі важко. Немає звукоізоляції, ліжка не дуже зручні
