the room was so small, bad smell, the bed was too moisture , the towels are old and almost torn apart. not what I expected for this price. we stayed there on May 1st , forgot the pants in the room when check out, we contacted them after few hours and they promised to ship it to us to HCMC. after that we called them few more times and they confirmed to ship it, however, they didn’t even provide a track number, no proves , as expected until now haven’t received anything, they don’t reply to our messages. to sum up, Memory Inn Dalat is not that good as could be, can’t recommend this place!

Basically a place with a lot of potential but cockroaches every day of our stay, one was killed by the kind man from the reception,we needed his help as it ran under the bed, the other 3 that visited our room we killed ourselves as they were smaller than the first. The 2nd day the neighbour decided to make a big fire in front of our balcony and the room filled with smoke as the balcony door and window are not properly insulated. Long black hairs all over the floor, bedsheets and towels which we had to pick off and clean. That was our experience in the first hours in Da Lat. Fridge does not cool, room temperature almost (around 15 degrees Celsius?)in both rooms, so standard we think. Even after we could change the room there were 2 cockroaches again in our room and hairs on the floor, bedsheet and towels. Cleaning service must be improved, especially for the price they are asking at this place. Small and uncomfortable bed on top. That the hotel is located down a very steep hill I even don't want to mention, as it wasn't an issue for us.

Easy to communicate and find the location.

Staff are lovely, extremely helpful and they bring fruit and snacks during the day which is a nice touch.

Not the quietest of areas with lots of dogs barking.

Nice quiet part of the city. Amazing quality hotel for the value. staff was very nice.
