"historical and modern quiet place in the middle of the resort"

Great location in a historic villa in Truskavets Park. 50 m from the Ferris wheel. Friendly staff. 24/7 registration desk. Own free parking. Own restaurant with a winter terrace. Rooms are clean, with modern decoration. At the same time, the historical flavor has been preserved. I was traveling with my family. So our accommodations are perfect for that. Very good breakfast included in price. Everything was great, everything was enough. Very tasty coffee.

The hotel is well located, and the room was adequate and clean....

The staff is very rude, from the reception to the breakfast and lunch services...the waitresses are completely unprofessional but above all, they are totally rude and not polite. The breakfast is very poor with the most basic quality products....
