"Вартість проживання завищена , очікували кращий сервіс , особливо щодо сніданків"

Просторі номери, наявність гарячої води

Кава в номерах , яка включена в вартість - розчинна. А в капсулах - по 90 грн за шт. Капсули зберігають в холодильнику. Сніданок не смачний, хліб і масло не свіжі, сік з концентрату.

Сподобалось все, готель дуже чистий, приємно пахне, є всі готельні зручності. Дуже милий і привітний персонал, зустріли раніше, все розповіли, запитали побажання по проживанню і за сніданок. Хотілось би завжди повертатися сюди.

Відмінний готель. Гарне розташування-центр міста, а якщо врахувати, що я з дочкою приїжджала на спектакль до «Листопада», то взагалі супер-він виявився через дорогу від готелю. Дуже приємний, ввічливий персонал, просторий, чистий номер з усім необхідним. В наявності халати, тапочки, умивальне приладдя, чай і вода. Окремо хочеться відзначити чудові варіанти сніданку, кожен знайде собі. Загалом залишилися задоволеними.
