не було прибирання, не забирали сміття.

Адміністратор максимально ввічлива і адекватна людина, виходив на зв'язок, обговорив всі моменти, пояснив нюанси розташування і надав всю необхідну інформацію для комфортного проживання. Готель тихий, чистий, зручний і практичний. Загалом лишився задоволеним, ще й адміністратор обрадував що по УБД є знижки для постійних клієнтів

наш номер, вікна виходять на дорогу і постійно чути шум машин, а також грибок у ванні кімнаті

Nice view and recently renovated room, lack of basic necessities: no kitchen/paper towels, no napkins, no ice bucket, no glasses, no dishes... They offer 2 cups, 1 saucer, 1 plate, and 1 bowl in a double hotel room. You have just one tea kettle for all you cooking needs...Neither a burner, nor a coffee maker were there. Neither coffee, nor tea bags...They call it "a kitchen"... The entry door to the room was almost impossible to open. You would have to kick it really hard (and try not to break it!) I called the manager about it, but he was not available. He told me to ask the doorman for help. The doorman told me that he had nothing to do with that hotel (there are several hotel rooms located in a plain building). I had to beg the doorman for help on my knees. Otherwise I would have to sleep in a hallway. Hot water in a shower lasted for about 3 minutes. So, washing your head became such a challange. On top of that, the manager tried to lure extra $$ from me. He knew that I was an American, so I had to be rich...

Everything, except the interior and the view.
