Чисто, є холодильник, дали чайник, господар привітливий, тихо, поруч з річкою та пляжем, велика парковка, зачинений двір, чудова природа.

Немає нічних гардин, поганий тиск води, сантехніка в поганому стані, але працює, за пульт від кондиціонера окремо доплачували, постільна білизна синтетика, кафе не працює, баня не працює, москіток на вікні немає, нічного освітлення немає, посуди 2 тарілки, 2 великих ложки та 2 виделки, мікрохвильова окремо на поверсі, двері стукають в зачиненому стані від протягів.
