Hele rommet luktet mugg. Det var rått i luften, og muggflekker på hele madrassen. Klærne våre ble fuktige av å være på rommet. Var ingen vinduer. Ble svært dårlig luft i løpet av natten. Servicen var ikke bra, og vi fikk feil frokost ut fra hva vi hadde bestilt.

The rooms were large, cool and had everything you needed

We were woken up by 8.00am to drilling in the next door property that seemingly echoed around the whole building. The cleaner also tried to clean our room at 8.15 when the checkout wasn’t until 2pm - a real shame because before the morning the hotel was lovely

We had no breakfast at all, like due to our Group Leader's decision. I liked the artificial flower on the table. I liked the washing service for my clothes.

I saw about 1-4 mosquitos in the room during my stay, reported to 2 staffers, but mosquitos are invisible after all days. I could not realise early about the actual location of the Hotel when seeing its address online: it is located on the small lane (not on the Main Street. Please show me how to distinguish its location more precisely and in favour of the clients. Also, the neighbours of this Hotel are building up a new house and renovating a new Hotel which may take "another month to be completed..." All these facts are not indicated online/ the Webpage of Booking.com which are not revealed to us in any mean of communication before our arrival....(?)
