Прекрасный персонал, новый отель, ежедневная уборка со сменой полотенец, сейф (оч удобно), в номере тихо, окна выходят во внутренний двор, интернет работает, хороший напор воды в душе и исправных сантехника. До моря идти по улице с множеством кафешек и магазинчиков. Отдельное спасибо Туану (управляющий), помогает в любых вопросах. Трансфер в аэропорт и обратно бесплатный.

Tuan is een hele fijne beheerder. Hij maakt alles makkelijk. Zo hebben we via het hotel een scooter gehuurd om het eiland te verkennen. Je zit in het midden van het eiland waardoor het gemakkelijk is om zowel het zuiden als het noorden makkelijk te verkennen.

Wij hadden een kamer zonder raam geboekt (dit wisten we niet), we vonden dit persoonlijk erg benauwend. Daarnaast hebben we echt slecht geslapen door het harde bed en het geluidsoverlast van de lift en alles wat er op de gang gebeurd.

The family are so incredibly accommodating, anything you need, they can sort it. We only booked for 1 night but stayed for an additional 4 nights. The next street along is the night market, food, spas and croc shops. The shoes, not the snappy kind. People will jump out at you for food and spas which was incredibly annoying but the food was good in most places. Saying that, there was no noise in the room at all. A couple of rooms (cheaper) have no window so make sure you mention this when booking. We spent the first night in a windowless room but the bed was the biggest bed I have ever seen. Then the owner put us in a room with patio doors and a balcony. There are beach towels available downstairs to use. Location - the actual town is an insane collection of flashing neon madness, mini Las Vegas. This overloaded our senses so going back to the hotel and its location was a great relief. Most beaches are resort owned so go a bit further south and you'll find a resort type area but not privately owned.

The only negative in the whole place is that the beds are really hard!

Dong and his wife are the most polite, kind and generous host I have ever had a chanse to meet! Always ready to help! He even invited me to play football and the game was great!

We chose the hotel because of the area and excellent reviews and did not regret it at all. Wonderful helpful owner of the hotel and his lovely wife. ❤️We were met from the airport and answered all the questions.
