There is not much to see and do in the area. The hotel facilities are basic .some furniture is broken.there is no swimming pool in the hotel

The best stay while being in Vietnam! We stayed 13 nights in Phu Quoc at this Hotel. The location is very good, close to beaches, there is night market right 1 mins apart of hotel yet the hotel is very quiet. Room very clean and comfortable, with every facilities that we needed. They made up room everyday. Hotel owned with family and they made us to feel like we are at home and a part of their family. Very kind people. Will definitely come back to Phu Quoc and choose again this hotel!

Nothing to dislike. All was good!

The hotel manager Nguyen, is one of those rare human beings that will do anything for you! He personally picked me up when I arrived in Phu Quoc and drove me back to the hotel He helped me with many questions, showed me the bus #19 schedule and explained where it's pickup point is He also got me motorbike rental at a very good price, I will come back again to Anise simply because of Nguyen The location is also very good, nightmarkets right down the street

The Anise hotel is a family run hotel and this shines through with the level of service you receive. From before arriving to leaving, we were made very welcome, Tuan along with Tung answered questions we had. We had an airport pick up & drop off from them which was very kind of them. the hotel room is large & spacious with toiletries provided too. The hotel is a few minutes walk away from the beach, which is a beautiful sandy beach. There are lots of food stalls nearby at the night market however we didn’t eat at these at they weren’t ti our taste. We choose to eat at Ngon Otto resturant instead which is close to the hotel too.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the hotel itself. They don’t offer breakfast or food however you can use the kitchen if you wish to.

Everything was great, but at the end they demanded money from us for the transfer to the airport, although it is indicated that the transfer is free. We were given a figure of 150 thousand, and our friends from another number for free.
