The Luxe Hotel Châu Đốc

The hotel is excellent. The 4-person room was relatively quiet, although the beds were a bit small. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend it.

The sewage smell from shower was so strong that we kept the door closed to stop it spread to the room.

Personnel accueillant. Chambre très propre. L'hôtesse du matin s'est chargée de faire laver mon linge en quelques heures. Très bon emplacement calme.

Seul petit bémol. Le matin l'eau n'est pas très chaude (panneaux solaires)

Everything, quiet location, easy to go around with motorbikes, staffs are helpful , room very clean and big space compared to similar hotels

Very clean and modern looking hotel. It’s clear management cares about maintenance. And the staff was very professional and generous. They regularly asked if I wanted my room cleaned. Laundry service was also very quick and effortless. Overall quite impressed and would recommend to anyone staying in the Chau Doc area.

Excellent experience with the receptionist who helped us with travel arrangements the following day and help get us aquainted to Vietnam as was our first day in the country. She really went out of her way and made us feel welcome thank you.
