Reception staff on entry. Unfriendly and disinterested. Not customer friendly at all.

Location

The location was nice, very close to the waterfall and the temple view point. The kid working there knew English very well. The hotel served dinner. The hotel seems well maintained, and the view from the room was great.

Beds were a bit hard. Shower without curtains.

The hotel and the rooms were very clean and spacious with minimalistic furniture. The staff was helpful and we could eat meals at their restaurant and rent motorbikes.

Some extras like a kettle and some tea bags/coffee would have been a nice bonus.

Clean and big room, good view to the mountains. Good WiFi. Near to the waterfall. We liked that the staff(young boy) tried to speak English with us.

The mattress was really hard.

Good location, walking distance to the falls and pagoda. Lovely views towards China border and the light show that happens each evening.

The power seems to go off regularly, bring a torch as the staff don’t seem to have much in way of candles and torches.
