Friendly staff. They called me to check when I arrive to ensure that I have the possibility to order food at the restaurant before the kitchen closes. Took an order by phone and when I arrived dinner was waiting at the table at restaurant.

"Ідеальний готель в Ізмаїлі"

Один з моїх улюблених готелей в Україні, номери комфортні, персонал дуже привітний і проактивний, т.я. в нас був дуже ранній виїзд з дітьми (о 5.00 ранку) нам з собою приготували сендвічі і сирники, в дорогу запропонували напої і зварили нам кави. Ресторан - ідеальний, готують дууууже смачно, борщ - просто ванлав :) Після 23.00 в готелі дуже тихо, до 23.00 в деяких номерах чутно музику, але не надто гучно.
