The location and pool view

It is not well-maintained. There is no hot water. Some cabinets were broken. The drawers in the wardrobe prevent it from closing.

The facilities on Royal.Suites room is very good, the stuff also very kind and has flexibility, we are stayed there for hajj, and they allow us to keep our big luggage on the hotel storage
