Pool war nicht so sauber, sodass man lieber an den Strand gegangen ist

Excellent service all round from every member of staff, who made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. The swimming pool was amazing, especially with the jacuzzi, which was perfect for relaxing in the heat. I had breakfast and evening meals which were excellent, with a lovely choice of delicious and tasty food. The beds were very comfortable, immaculately clean, and the privacy curtains were a great touch. The showers and bathrooms were also spotless, well maintained, and the whole building was kept to a very high standard. A special mention for the free lager on tap between 7:00 and 7:30 pm — a lovely bonus! I also wanted to add some travel information, as it may be helpful for others. I travelled from Da Nang to Cat Ba by flight. After arriving at the airport, I booked a Grab to Got Pier, which cost around 300,000 VND. From there, I caught the ferry, which took about 25 minutes and cost 13,000 VND. Once I reached the other side, I took the local pink bus into Cat Ba town, which also cost 13,000 VND and took around 40 minutes. For my return journey, I booked a coach transfer from Cat Ba to Hanoi. I also wanted to experience the cable car, and the hotel kindly arranged this for me, which made everything very easy and stress-free. I had such a lovely stay and would definitely return again. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality.

Fabulous place to stay

Sehr guter Aufenthalt. Alles sehr sauber. Gute Lage. Bootstour durch die Bucht wird angeboten und ist zu empfehlen.

Excelente lugar! Todos los empleados hablan inglés de manera excelente, facil para comprender, a pesar de mi mal inglés. Las instalaciones estan muy buenas, con aire acondicionado en la pieza, cama super cómoda! La pileta estaba genial! La gente del bufete es super agradable! La cerveza que regalan es muy rica, siendo que no soy fan de ella. La comida tambien es muy buena y de muy buen precio!

Los precios de las excursiones son mas caros en el hostel. Los baños son pequeños para ser mixtos.

El hostel es muy completo. La habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama muy cómoda. El personal muy amable y cercano, te ayudan con lo que necesites
