The receptionist was very kind, helpful, and perfect for the hospitality industry. Check-in was quick and efficient. Although I had booked a 4-bedroom, she noticed we were 5 and generously upgraded us to a 5-bedroom. Truly grateful for her excellent service—may Almighty Allah bless and reward her in this life and the hereafter.

Room service was not satisfactory, no regular cleaning. We needed to call them for everything, rest was fine. Location is good. Reception staff was very supportive, cooperative and well mannared.
