Shuttle bus to haram, decent breakfast.

The reception staff was very slow in handling the check-in process. She was busy talking to other staff while assisting me, and it took about 15 minutes to complete everything. She also lacked knowledge about the shuttle bus route—she was unable to confirm the pickup location or even the color of the bus, repeatedly saying she did not know. Additionally, although my rooms were designated as non-smoking, there was a strong smell of smoke, which caused me a headache. You can still hear traffic noise even when the window is fully closed. Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. The rooms and facilities were clean, and housekeeping was quick and efficient. I also appreciated that the hotel allowed us to check in early, which was helpful after travelling. hese issues affected the comfort of the stay.

However, there were several issues during the stay. The breakfast options were limited and did not suit European preferences, as most of the food was salad-based and not very enjoyable. The Wi-Fi stopped working for about a day and a half. Although this may have been due to a network issue, the hotel should have resolved it sooner or provided an alternative. There was no room service available, which made it difficult to eat comfortably in the room. The elevators had continuous speaking advertisements, which were quite annoying, especially after long and tiring days during Umrah. The air conditioning was also not cold enough, which made the room uncomfortable at times. In addition, there was no shuttle or bus service to the Haram. This may have been due to the timing before Hajj season, but it should have been clearly mentioned in advance.
