It's clean but u have to call them to clean if not u can go days without them cleaning

The receptionist are not that friendly . And there's hardly a shuttle bus to haram only when coming back . But the cleaners most of them are good .

Ben Türkiye'den geldim. Beytullah'a 10-12 dakikada yürüyerek varabiliyordum. Ama çıkarken tepe çıktığım için genelde taksi kullandım bireysel gittim çıkarken hep pazarlıkla sadece 5 riyal vererek otele ne kadar çıkıyordum. Yakınlığı olsun tanışmadaki çalışanlar kattaki personeller yemekhanedekiler hepsi gelen misafirler için ellerinden geldiği kadar yardımcı oluyorlar Türkiye'den Ankara'dan hepsine çok çok teşekkürler Allah hepsinden razı olsun

Es gab einen Shuttle zum haram. Zu Fuß ist es auch gut zu erreichen. Zurück geht es aber bergauf. Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich

Das Badezimmer hat sehr oft unangenehm gerochen
