Sunset Hotel Entebbe

Location and the gardens are refreshing.

Staff attitude was poor. The window in the room I was booked in didn't close and when I asked the staff to swap rooms she initially refused saying everyone there sleeps with unlocked windows. She said that there were no rooms left until i demanded my money back so i could go elsewhere.She swapped me to a better one room but with a very angry face..She seemed to priotise visitors of another colour over me who was black..

Breakfast had very little options.

The best thing in this hotel is the management. They are super friendly and willing to help with everything 🙂 also, the room was very beautiful and comfortable and the garden was a delight

The biggest advantage the superfriendly staff, and great location of the property. In a safe quiet area, just few steps from city center.

Personally I had found the hotel very old one, waiting for big renovation. The bedmatrace was uncomfortable, noisy waterheater from bathroom etc. Maybe pictures on booking.com are pretty old ones, do not match with reality that is why I was upset and decided to check out earlier than planned. Oh and the food for breakfast are very short range, not too much to choose or write about …
