"We liked it a lot."

Perfect for what we needed, We were visiting friends who lived very close to this hotel. The facility worked out very well. Our room was quiet, comfortable Queen sized bed. Nice bath room. Only real negative: a really poor breakfast. There was some fruit, but it was gone quickly and never replaced. The regular coffee disappeared and never returned. We ended up (it was a Sunday, having brunch at the Lazy Dog. (and dinner the night we checked in.) Check in, check out people not very friendly. It's a good choice if you want to stay in this part of Houston. I would stay there again.

Hotel needs some TLC. Air vents were all very dirty. Sofa was falling apart and mattresses were very uncomfortable. Ladies at the breakfast bar took a lot of pride in their area and it showed. Everything there was clean and well stocked. There seemed to be quite a few long term guests. Saw multiple dogs coming out the side entrance.

"This is the only Staybridge without the social hour Mon-Fri"

I've stayed here multiple times and the rooms, staff and amenities are superior. However, even though it's on the website, the social hour that every other Staybridge has Mon-Fri and this one used to have is gone. It was nice to unwind with a snack and a beer those 3 nights a week but someone decided that it was too costly to have. Seems like a cheap move to me and I'll mention the lack of a social hour to others who think it's at every Staybridge. Well, it is, except for this one. Bad move, Staybridge.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this property. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good - fresh fruit daily. Staff were extremely friendly. My only complaint is that the dishwasher had bad odor if you opened it. But overall, the room was lovely. Plenty parking on the property. I would definitely stay here again.

New and very clean facility. Has community gathering events and feels very safe. Great restaurants within walking distance. Very happy with my stay and highly recommend!
