Very Clean. Great linens! Nice free perks like coffee and snacks! Great location.

Need to put fresh creamers in room. Most were old/bad. Mix-up with code caused delay in getting in room, but was handled efficiently by staff.

Nice spacious room with high ceilings. The snacks and local beverages were a nice touch. Bed was comfortable. Location for walking around town was great.

The heat was not adequate. The wall unit worked but couldn’t keep up during the chilly night around 20 degrees. Thankfully there was a thick down comforter on the bed!

Hotel was secure and close to activities and shopping in downtown Bisbee. Room was clean, bright with large windows and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Room had extra treats we weren't expecting!
