"Experience good except for the one staff member."

Room and facilities are nice. Breakfast was good.

Stay was really soured by check in. Staff member insisted I did not have a reservation even after I showed him my confirmation. Once he saw his mistake, he was unprofessional and raised his voice when I returned a paper he had asked me to sign.
