The hotel’s location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk to Haram, which makes it ideal for visitors. The WiFi connection is stable and works well throughout the stay. However, the reception staff could improve their customer service skills, as some of them came across as unfriendly. I would especially like to appreciate Sultan and Mr. Alharbie, who were professional and courteous. The rest of the reception team would benefit from additional training on how to better التعامل with guests and provide a more welcoming experience.

The view from the room I stayed in was not pleasant. Pigeons were frequently landing on the air conditioning units, which was disturbing. In addition, the exterior wall of the adjacent building was unfinished and not properly rendered, making the overall view uncomfortable for guests.
