"No Room In The Inn"

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel pretended that there was no booking even though we showed them the Booking.com confirmation. They booked other guests instead, after we traveled 12 hours with 2 small boys and an 81 yr old woman. They said they could book us on another hotel down the street for the same price. They lied. The hotel was for 60% higher, and really crappy. We could have gotten better accommodations on Booking for that price. We were unable to cancel before as we would ve charged the full price, but evidently they can freely cancel on us. Then that night we watched the guests they did book instead having a grand tine in our rooms. Then they had the audacity to report that they canceled our booking at our request for no charge.
