La gentillesse, la disponibilité et la bienveillance des employées! ( très bon conseil, location scooter, accès cuisine et machine à laver) Emplacement ideal, un peu à l’extérieur du centre ville avec une vie plus locale et très calme Chambre spacieuse, très propre et avec espace extérieur Petit déjeuner très bon et très flexible sur les horaires Belle piscine mais à l’ombre!

Ett prisvärt boende en bit ifrån stöket i Gamla stan. Cyklar finns att låna och det är enkelt att ta sig både till bra restauranger på andra sidan bron liksom till stan. Receptionisten Van är mycket hjälpsam och ger vistelsen det lilla extra. Hon tipsar om sevärdheter, bokar aktiviteter åt dig om du vill, fixar moped, transfer, tvätt eller vad du än behöver.

We had a really wonderful experience at Coco Island Villa. We didn’t get to do most of the activities we had planned due to a bicycle accident on day 2 which somewhat incapacitated us for a couple of days so we spent a lot of the time in the room. Our lovely hostess looked after us, helped in any way she could and although we have checked out several days ago, she still messages to check how we are doing. Our room was perfect, the pool was lovely, the breakfast was fabulous. The location is much quieter than being in the main area, which is lovely. But it’s super easily accessible by cab/scooter or even on foot if you don’t mind walking a km or two. There are also bikes at the hotel to use for free which was super fun going along the river.

J’ai particulièrement la gentillesse et la serviabilité de Va, la gérante des lieux, qui était aux petits soins avec nous. Un grand merci à elle pour les excellents petits déjeuners, les réservations de bus et taxis et toutes ses petites attentions.

Lan (the manager) was hospitable, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. Because we were traveling with elderly family members, she suggested activities suited to our needs and even arranged private transportation for us. She also helped us DHL the belongings we had left behind at the hotel—we’ll be forever grateful for that. The location is quiet and safe. The Old Town is about 10–15 minutes away by Grab. Since the hotel isn’t isolated or tucked far from the local neighborhood, we woke to street vendors selling fresh produce just outside, groups of ladies enjoying an early-morning aerobic dance, and men chatting over coffee after their exercise—a wonderful slice of local life. Breakfast must be pre-selected the night before. There’s also a small grocery nearby for snacks. The hotel has a compact pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after morning activities, and the grounds are decorated with beautiful plants and flowers—peaceful and inviting.

The morning loudspeaker announcements in the neighborhood were a bit annoying. I assume they’re government broadcasts, but they start as early as 5 a.m.—which could disturb light sleepers. We were startled the first morning, yet after a few days the calls simply blended into the background, thanks to exhaustion from the previous day’s activities.
