Chambre propre, personnel accueillant

Walking distance from the main road.

Hotel is managed by South Asians. Upon arrival, reception staff wasn't available at the desk, he screamed from somewhere he is coming in few minutes. Staff was not welcoming or friendly, as I declined his offer to arrange taxi for me, he was sarcastic in his communication. They charged slightly different amount rather than I had confirmed in my reservation. While taking me to the room, the staff didn't offer luggage assistance. Later in the afternoon he was rude again, when I asked about laundry. Eventually at the bed time I discovered there is no blanket, only cover. And then it turned out that reception works only during certain hours, 6pm to 8pm in the evening. So I called his number for blanket. Response was unsatisfactory again. Later on someone from the management reached out to me with a promise to sort out blanket, the day after I received another cover. At last, the same staff blocked me on WhatsApp and manager never responded tp my message, he claimed that I'm threatening them. And finally to add, that there are no lights on the way to the hotel, showers are only tropical shower type, and you will wake up with roosters instead of sound of the ocean. Overall Grand Anse in Praslin is not the best area in terms of infrastructure and beach.

Doordat het hotel de prijs van Booking niet correct leest hebben we teveel betaald. De milieutoeslag zat bij in de prijs die met de visa werd aangerekend en hierna hebben we nog eens cash de milieutoeslag moeten betalen. We hebben via booking/hotel dit gemeld, maar tot nu toe helaas zonder resultaat. Hutje naast parking wat gehorig owv alle auto's.

It was good, for its price it was really good. You should rent a car here because Anse Grand is not a clean beach.. That is why you need a car, everything else is very good you can book here and go to anse lazio every day.

Dobrá nabídka snídaně sice opakující se. Pěkně umístěný hotel s možností parkování. Vybavení v pořádku. V docházkové vzdálenosti do města kde jsou restaurace a obchody.

Není možnost přistýlky pro děti. Bohužel pláž u hotelu není možná ke koupání plno řas, možná vlivem počasí.

Petit hotel sympatique, les chambres sont petites et pas très modernes elles sont un peu serrés a mon gout mais pour le bruit il est très bien. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Le personnel est poli et souriant. L'emplacement est très bien, on peut aller diner à pieds.
