The pool

Getting in touch with the hotel before arriving was impossible, no one picked up the phone for two days.

clima was not enough

The position was ok, but the rooms were very small and the room for 3 people had only one bed and one sofa. Also breakfast was not that good.

After the messed up checkin they gave us almost the same Appartment like on the picture and they made for us nice honeymoon decoration. As we were fasting we couldn’t take breakfast so one evening they made for us nice fish.

When we wanted to check in there was no one available. It was raining and we had to wait more than 30 minutes in the rain. We got the wrong Appartement not the one that we booked on booking. And the checkout the card didn’t worked but no one told me they said it was clear but then they called us later when we already were at the port to the ferry. So we had to go back again and give them also the keys of the Appartement which they also forgot to ask for at the check out. We are on a trip it was hot and we were also fasting so normally you should just tell clients „hey the paypment didn’t work and we need the keys back“.

While they have a small beautiful pool, their customer service is really wanting. It was messy, we were given the wrong room, told to wait but we still ended up in a room we did not reserve. The room had no soap, had to wait till evening for the boss to bring soap. The receptionist who still acted as the cleaner seemed clueless and tired. Despite all that, there was no remorse shown. There is no privacy as the rooms are facing each other. Breakfast was not so good. All in all, we survived the night over some very sweet pizza from a nearby pizza place.
