The staff went out of their way to accommodate our guests even when our guests had excessive requests. Greatly appreciate the staff for their composure, sacrifice, hospitality, and professionalism at all times.

The rooms are clean spacious

I forgot my facewash and face cloth in the bathroom, when i asked about them the following day they said i can come and collect them, i sent someone to collect hem for me, then they said they cannnot find them, my face wash is quite expensive and it was still new. i raised a complaint with the owner but she said i must not leave expensive things in the hotel, she promised to pay or buy it for me, even today she has not done anything about my complaint. The ownaers name is Pat Price.
