A normal modern aircon would have worked better I wished there was a fridge in the room 2 chairs, especially if the booking is for two people The headboard was peeling I asked for a smoking room, and we didn't get an ashtray; we had to ask for it

I was able to redeem my points for Supper, something I never did before, this was awesome. Now I am going to track my loyalty points going forward

That I was only booked for one night, next time it will atleast be two nights

The rooms are clean and spacious, I liked that when asked for two beds it was double beds and not 3/4 beds.

The staff member that checked us in was not friendly. She was mean and condescending Palesa won’t forget her, didn’t even give us a detailed breakdown of what to expect from the hotel.
