Stuff was friendly and welcoming

Smell of the room was bad, carpets dirty , shower rainhead broken, air conditioner broken not working, that hotel needs an upgrade i was very dissapointed.

"my worst ever since I used Sun1"

I was called to inform me that the original facility I had booked had water issues so I was being transferred. Staff was good

I was made to pay for the new highly priced facility even though I did not initiate the transfer The transfer was not seamless. I had to spend time at reception while they sorted that out even though my arrival time at the new facility was known more than an hour earlier The room: airconditioning not working, toilet flushing continually flowing, TV picture quality bad.
