Location

1.Remote for TV was not working. 2.We had to kill a tiny spider with your staff on duty ,crawling along the wall. 3.Tea/coffee maker had no milk. 4.Basket for tea bags was empty(had to ask for tea bags). 5.On first day,the cleaning lady knocked before 11 a.m.around 9 a.m. wanting to start cleaning.
